Very responsive and efficient service. Used them to put up paintings on the wall, install curtain rod w curtains and fixed my leaky faucet. Nothing they cant do so far! Highly recommended. Will use them again.
He came by promptly, and was very responsive. It was very hard to get a hold of electricians but he came by and provided his services. Also at a reasonable price.
I can say with confidence that most of the positive reviews here are fake.
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. After close to 3 hours after the appointment time, with no workers showing up, the agent started avoiding my calls (excuse: “No WhatsApp reception” – yet, he killed my call within 3 rings from a normal line. What a lie.
After calling them back, the lame excuse was “oh, they turned up “only” 2.5 hours late, but the condo security didn’t let them in” (another lie – I checked with security.)
Zero apology for missing the appointment by almost 3 hours.
Plus, really bad attitude.
Save your time and money, and look elsewhere.
The only honest thing about Mr Problem is the name – they will really cause you problems.
PS: No, I was never “kept informed” of the delay.
Appointment was at 10am, and every single time I had to do the calling to find out what was going on. You are burdening us, the customers. When the technicians allegedly arrived (2.5 hours late), they never asked security to contact me. Every guard has my number. It’s a ridiculous excuse, because the agent has my number, and never alerted me. You mean the technician would not call their office instantly?
I gave this company a chance by postponing my appointment due to the delay, and they still failed.
Satisfied with their AC maintenance! The service was quick and efficient and it took less than half an hour to fix 3 ACs. My appointment schedule had to be deferred because the technician arrived late from their previous maintenance so time management can certainly be improved.
Been using them few times along the years. From cleaning and recenfly to handyman work. They provided great service. If encounter any issue, may reach out to them directly and they would be happy to assist.
