Guna was a real professional throughout our interactions with him. He promised results and he delivered on time and on budget. His gregarious nature ensured very smooth communication. We were concerned beforehand about how much mess there would be throughout the house but Guna and his workers isolated the work as much as possible by plastic sheeting. After work every day they cleaned up the worksite as much as possible. The impact on the rest of the house was minimal. Unlike many contractors, Guna kept a close eye on the progress of the work and kept us fully abreast of the progress. His workers were pleasant and very industrious.
Did waterproofing at balcony and added a new room. Guna is easy to talk to, any issues at site can be resolved fast and easily. Does what he says, says what he does. Great team of workers too. Good job.
