Not professional at all because their tech unable to give you best solution, they just followed what customer says only. If you are new customer, they are very responsive but unfortunately, their after services are extremely terrible and the boss or manager called Steven won’t pick up phone even requested to call back also being ignored.
Totally NOT recommended.
