I would like to extend my deepest thanks to Kenny and Fai for providing top-notch service from the initial quotation phase all the way through to installation. Kenny exhibited remarkable patience, following up with me for almost a month to finalize the deal, and answered all my doubts and questions (as I am quite inexperienced with network and security devices). Fai, the installer, was equally impressive with his professionalism and expertise. He patiently explained everything until I fully understood.
Moreover, Fai went above and beyond by taking the initiative to rearrange and label all the cabling and devices both inside and outside the network box, making everything look tidy and clean. This unexpected value-added service truly impressed me and made a significant difference.
