Very recommended. As a bakery we have too particular about pest control, and choosing Pangolin as our vendor is the best decision we do. Mr Firdaus is very courteous and well train to serve customer. Excellent service.responsive.they reply immediately. The company sent a representative and inspected my place before the team come. They offer practical & trustworthy advise.at first i thought it was only one room that was infested by bed bugs.then when they check and asked me questions, base on their expertise, they suggested to do the whole apartment (1200 sf). I didnt regret it and it was the right decision.the bed bugs were all over the house already.luckily i dont need to repeat the pest management service as it was sufficient to do it once for all.but u need to do some preparation because the place need to be sealed for at least 48 hours (if you do the whole house).no sign of repetitive infestation even after a year using their service.(yes, i’m writing this after a year using their service) i follow their advice on other tips too. highly recommended.i am a satisfied customer.
