Purchased yearly subscription,
Was trying to inform earlier for arrangements with the customer service due to changing operations hours
Apparently the customer service don’t even bother to arrange the service for me.
Before signing up the subscription. I already informed that we are F&B business and only available to disinfect at Saturday evening. Marketing team always arrange at weekdays. And ignore my request.
Called customer service and they dont bother to solve my issue. Guess gotta look for others
Irritated by the poor follow up. Ask your own staff for clarifications, they will know why. I decided to call another pest company
Here’s my reply:
There wasn’t any confusion. I clearly mentioned there’s a change of contact number and my name was mentioned with my house address in reference to the old contact. Repeated many times and to make sure they get the correct number.
I notified and called on (Monday, 17 February 2025) at 9.58a.m and again at 5.45p.m. when I do not here from you. Told me to wait a call from them. Subsequently no follow up till I call again at 3.32 p.m. (Wednesday, 19 Feb 2025)and only to be reverted when I’ve been waiting too long.
Clearly you do not value your customer.

Here is my feedback;
Quality of work done is poor… I have to keep telling the guy to spray properly, keep directing him as he was moving quickly to finish the job. Number of dots used for cockroaches and others were just limited to 4 in total. You invoice says 10, again a shortfall in service.
Quality of chemicals, I am not sure is really good. I thought spiders etc will die off… but today I see many spiders .. so I am not sure if right quality of chemical was used….
Overall disappointing and not satisfied.. I will also leave Google review for the benefit of others.
Fast response from the Sales Mr Robbie and he provide very professional advice on rat prevention to my store. Technician did the job well and provide explanation on all my query. Well done and so far i am very satisfied with the services provided
