Initial impression is great. My house was having signs of termites and had called their office at noon. Was scheduled in for the next morning inspection. Probably due to my concern tone, Mr Francis came by to my place when he was out for other site visits on the same day i called. His experience in checking the spots and identifying the termites pattern can be seen. For now, it seems the termites were just passing through due to next door renovations. He had advised me on what to look for around the house and to give them a call once i see any further signs.
Can see that this company is customer oriented to make sure that they are taken care of even with new callers like me who had not engaged them before. Friendly people as well throughout the whole time.

Not only my pest problem was solved but i had been guided on a few other long term prevention solution as well. Pestmaster was a superb experienced for me. One very notable worth acknowledging is Pestmaster expertise in this line is second to non. Prior to Pestmaster i have tried a few other provider, they were mostly try and error. With Pestmastee i was seriously impressed, is almost like seeing a specilaised doctor. They understand my situation and it was an one time exercise where they apply the trap (aka glue) that is specifically targeted to my cockroach species and its gone! Nice work!
