I was initially open to giving this plumber a try and chance but huge regret. This plumber quotes an initial price, says yes to every requirement without a thought and then changes it as work progresses. Horrible workmanship, he is not familiar with many plumbing and electrical problems, highly unprofessional, unreliable, always late and cancels appointments, makes promises and then does not keep to his words. He rushes through his work (because he is always late and often makes up some excuses). He hired an unprofessional worker to work along side when he could not finish the work in time, had to keep redoing simple things which cost me a lot of time and energy. He did a very shoddy job with my grouting, did not clean up the cement which has hardened on my tiles, scraped some of my tiles and lost some of my lighting screws without replacing. It was a nightmare and wasted of a lot of time waiting and arranging schedule just to wait for him on top of the stress of having to keep a close watch due to bad work quality. I hope his service and professionalism improves, and no one goes through this same hassle
He came within one hour after informed & fixed also within 1 hour (location: Ara Damansara). Identified the fault correctly & fast. Also fixed in a professional way & cleaned the space worked properly. Came with all relevent tools & parts required. Friendly, pleasent person. Highly recomended.
Big thumbs up for Indra! His rates are super affordable especially for a quick fix. Texted him past midnight and he still managed to reply my query! He booked me in after 2 days since it wasn’t an urgent case, my sink plug in the toilet got stuck and needed to be replaced. However, when it was dday, I didn’t realize that my husband accidentally took my keys so I couldn’t get him in! He was very understanding and came in the next day. He worked quite fast too. He even helped me with my loose kitchen sink. Would ring him up for any plumbing issues next time. Thanks Indra!
I had a clogged shower and bathroom sink. I needed it to be fixed urgently. He was quick to respond in chat, arrived on time and on the same day. He unclogged my shower and installed a new sink trap. Everything drains smoothly now, and there are no leaks. He even let me check for leaks first before he closed it up. Good value for money, and he also cleaned up the place before he left.
Indra was amazing. He was punctual and he knew exactly what was the problem and fixed it. Everyone else was quoting me unreasonably high prices and suggested that I change the entire bidet. Indra was honest, he fixed what was needed (didn’t even have to change the whole bidet), charged me an amount that I am very comfortable and happy with. He even texted me after explaining what was the cause of the issue and how to prevent it from happening in future. Good job, Indra. Highly recommend!
