Very fast service and respond. Respond and action taken less than 3hrs. Thank you for the service.

• Missed their last service
• Lack of communucation between them and customers. Only emails no calls or whatsapp
• Auto renew contract without notifying customer and when we want to terminate, they ask for certain amount of money to redeem the contract i never signed
• Made my last payment through QR pay they provided via email through my personal bank account, but credit team did not recognized that the payment was made for my company, hence they said i never make any payment.
• Send LOD requesting me to pay them while they are the one who should pay me because they missed their last service.
• Had to call their office more that three times to talk with the credit control executive. Left a voice message asking them to contact me immediately but in the end im the one who calls them.
• Promised the send me refund form but never send. Only an email apologizing for their stupid mistake.
Would not recommend this company to anyone else.

Worst experience. The technician calls last minute to cancel the appointment because he wants to go home take a shower and do prayers. No sense of responsibility for task assigned nor any apologies. Just blame his office for assigning task to him in bad time.
He tells me “So, what to do? I need to pray. You can just go home early today lah, what is your problem? Go make complaint to the head office tomorrow morning. Can always go and ask to make another appointment.”
Organiser doesn’t answer phone, nor does the “supervisor” Lisa. Unbelievable. Really.
DO NOT EVER, RENEW YOUR CONTRACT!
I request a full refund for next year service.
