Hired this company to detect a water leakage issue, but unfortunately, the problem was not resolved as the proposed solution was not the main source of water leakage. They checked the inlet water supply pipe and told that it was minor leaked from my shower tap. Despite assurances that the job was done, the leak persisted. In the end, I found that the water outlet discharged causing the leak before the recommended leak test. Very disappointed with the quality of work and as the amount I paid should deserved a thorough check. I expected a professional service, but this experience was far from it. Would not recommend based on my experience.
The service provided was excellent, we could not have asked for more. The team solved a long standing problem which several others had not been able to address over many months. They arrived at our home at exactly 9 am and within 3 hours had identified the problem using some fancy equipment. With my approval, they proceeded to fix the issue. Everything done 90 min later. Lewis, our technician, explained what was happening every step of the way, and we were able to make informed decisions. Am very grateful for the service provided.
Contacted them on public holiday for water coming out of my walls. Replies from the office were super fast and helpful.
The person who came in to check the next day, Lai Kean, came early by 30 mins, I really appreciated it as I was worried if the water issue got worse. He explained the detection process and instruments he used and did the detection very thoroughly. Was also given clear explanation throughout.
Initially thought I had to hack my walls but after checking, he proposed a solution that doesn’t require hacking.
The 2nd day, he came with another worker. They came early again by 15 mins. Really appreciate as it makes it easy to plan my day. They did the work and, when done, even checked other parts of the house to make sure the issue is fully resolved. I also asked for additional service to replace a manhole, which I’m happy they agree to do. They also cleaned up properly after the work.
Overall very happy with the office staff, the overall price. Most of all, great service by Lai Kean and Abdul Kalam. Recommend to contact them for whatever water issues you may have. 5 star service!

We had an experienced with many plumbers for few years before. But Seven Engineering very professional and their equipment very high class and accurate to tracking the leakage issue. Would highly recommended
They have professional devices to do pressure & moisture test. Very good service. Able to identify the leaking not from my condo unit. Highly recommend to engage their service first to identify leaking root cause otherwise you may face the same issue as mine in the video (Floor tiles were hacked by another contractor but unable to identify the root cause, in fact water leaking is at the below unit).
