The bird deterrent system they installed worked wonders! No more bird droppings on my balcony. Plus, their drone inspection was impressive—like something out of a sci-fi movie!
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company. Their sales representative made sense at our first appointment and confidently offered to resolve a problem with termite.
However from the moment we paid for the service – a hefty sum of over 4000rm— we had to deal with completely unprofessional non-English speaking employees who had no proper knowledge and received only a basic training of how to stick a box on the wall with a masking tape. Each appointment we had a different set of workers who had no record of where the traps were, so I had to point out myself and also monitor when the bait was over, as the company has no proper schedule. Sometimes they go for 2 months between appointment, and sometimes they come twice a week.
No suprise with sum poor treatment it took us over 9 months to get rid of termites, and I am not even sure they are all gone (as we are leaving the house it doesn’t matter any more). In the meantime termites completely destroyed a door frame, an expensive antique cabinet and a painting, on top of ruining the walls.
I wish I never fell for the marketing pitch and just bought a box with bait and poison myself, which costs less than 50rm. All you need to do is put it on the path of termites and they will carry it to the queen. Don’t think a few boxes we had and this piece of information costs the sum we paid.
So don’t be a fool like myself and don’t fall victim to good reviews. There are better and much cheaper solutions on the market
I have engaged with Salesman James . He is effective at following up, but there is a lack of coordination between the two departments.
Once the two workers who checked the termite bait and found nothing, then proceeded to do their tasks carelessly.
Disappointed with the overall service !
