I was very worried about finding cleaners before Chinese New Year as I had reached out to many cleaning services, but unfortunately everyone was fully booked. Thank God for Candy! Despite the short notice, she managed to arrange everything for me and I couldn’t be more grateful.
There was a minor mistake made by the admin, but Candy managed to rectify the issue, even during such a busy period. My advice is to book their slots early because their service is truly worth it.
The cleaners were incredibly thorough and did an amazing job cleaning my house. They were meticulous, even asking me to check their work to ensure I was satisfied. On top of that, they were very friendly and courteous, which made the whole experience even better.
I highly recommend their service! You will not be disappointed!
Candy accepted my last minute request for housecleaning just before CNY. The usual cleaning service provider did not inform me he was already on leave and would not send anyone to my home. The cleaner Ita was great. Worked the full four hours without taking any break. House was thoroughly cleaned. Thumbs up to Ita and Candy.
The cleaning wark is very good. The staffs are very professional. The staffs are local so we can leave them to do the work. Anything if needed will ask you. Because of culture the same, they really know what to do without we need to watch over them when they work. I love the service, it makes my life easy.
I requested the household cleaning service one day in advance, Candy responded promptly and managed to make arrangements efficiently. I’m happy with the cleaning service too. Thank you!
