I subscribed to a package of mattress cleanings and have only used one time so far. I initially made my appointments through WhatsApp for first time, and the experience was smooth.
However, when I tried to book my second cleaning recently, I found it very difficult to secure an appointment through WhatsApp number. I repeatedly checked for availability and sent messages via WhatsApp, but either received no reply or had my messages completely ignored.
This has been a very disappointing experience with the service.
We recently had our sofa and bed mattress deep cleaned by STF Cleaning Solution, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Kuan demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the process and was very easygoing. This was our first experience with them, and we will definitely contact them again for future maintenance. Sean the friendly young man arrives on time and explains on the equipment (water vacuum) they use when he’s doing the job. This is the second time I engaged with STF and the job is within expectation. Unfortunately the pee / poo stain by my baby which is more than half year ago is too stubborn to be removed from my full latex mattress. Sean has tried his best and he said it’s because they are using gentler cleanser. No complaint because it’s my mistake not getting the guys to come and clean it immediately (newbie mama).
STF chargers are rather affordable and I hope they keep up the good work despite it’s a small company. Four stars for them to strive to become even better.
The service person Kelvin did a great job and he is very professional, gentle and kind. Really satisified with the service. I would recommend this service to everyone.
