Been asking them to call me on how to activate the membership yet already more than 3 months still hanging and nobody call me.
Been paying monthly for like RM300 plus yet to just activate the membership need to wait them to call the merchant first to explain. Don’t know what’s so complicated and why so hard to provide the quotation or pricing details?
And also why you have to use one on one explanation while you can just put everything in your FAQ site? Very slow service for the after sales team to get back on the loyal merchant. Been using Storehub for almost 7 years already but this is the first time I felt so disappointed and waiting so mad.
Please ya explain why!!! And what’s the purpose of waiting your team to call while you can just allow us to activate on our own by sharing the pricing details / how you charge us on the extra in-app subscription for the membership activation. Now I wonder why Chef Kecik no longer using storehub and change to Qashier app.
So slow and not transparent. Many people give Zaki recommendations in their review? Where is this Zaki, please get him to contact me as soon as possible. I can no longer wait for your slow team to contact me.
