I’m really happy with their service. The cleaner was very friendly and efficient. They even went the extra mile to tidy up some clutter in my living room. Will definitely hire them again!
I wasn’t really satisfied with the service, but let me start with the positive things about this company:
Communication is A+. The admin is super responsive and helpful.
Now, for the not-so-great stuff I encountered:
I hired two people to clean my new house with their 4-hour package. The cleaners arrived a little late, about 14 minutes past the promised time, which was still acceptable for me. Then, one of the cleaners asked if they could have lunch first. I wasn’t sure how to respond—saying no didn’t seem right—so I allowed them to eat, thinking that 4 hours would be enough to clean my empty house for a peaceful move-in. I left to run some errands, leaving them to clean on their own.
After 3 hours, I received a message from the admin saying that the cleaners needed extra time. When I returned home, I found that they had only finished about 30% of the house. The cleaners explained that they had been busy shining my windows, which I thought was a poor decision because I had hired them to do a general clean for moving in, not detailed window cleaning.
Reluctantly, I agreed to add one more hour, as advised by the admin. Almost an hour later, I returned to the house, only to find that the cleaners had already left without informing me, even though I had provided them with my contact number.
My house wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction. I had asked them to rinse the floor, but they only mopped it. The balcony remained untouched, and my kitchen bar was still dusty.
Will I use their services again in the future? I’m not sure, unless they assemble a more capable team that can complete the job with minimal supervision.
I am extremely pleased with the cleaning service provided. The cleaner arrived on time, and they were very polite and professional. They worked diligently and left my house spotless. Will be a regular customer from now on.
I’ve purchased the service last week. Totally satisfied with the service, they clean all entire my house even under the sink and even my top of wardrobe and others place . The staff are doing so well and details when doing the cleaning. Definitely will repeat again.
Overall happy with the service..They can accommodate last minute requests as we all aware CNY is around the corner and they won’t take jobs that they cannot deliver.
They send the worker on time and the workers clean the house diligently and if there are spot that not clean when point out they will clean it.
Will engage again after CNY…
