Extremely terrible experience with this moving company. While the we the owner was kind enough to help speed up the moving process, the overall service was unprofessional, owner are carrying the items and the staff can sat around relaxing. They dismantled furniture but failed to reassemble it in the correct manner and didn’t inform us. The Staff shook a table, even after being asked to stop as will loosen the screw, but they continued anyway. They avoided responsibility, demanded full payment before completing the job, and later on asked for a rate different from the what states in their quotation. When we disagreed, they quickly agreed to the original rate, which felt dishonest. Workers wore shoes, smoked in the house. Would not recommend.
This two members Jai and Alan provided good service, were very polite, helpful, responsible and fast service. Thank them and I will definitely find them again next time if I need them and also recommend them to anyone who wants good service. This team was efficient and quick in doing the job. Thank you for your hard work.🙏🥰
