I recently visited this hardware store and was impressed with the level of service I received. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and they went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for. The store was well-organized and had a great selection of products at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality hardware and great service.
If you want to buy things here, ask for assistance from anyone but the lady staff, she’s very rude & impatient. You would think after such a horrible Covid lockdown period, businesses are slowly resuming & everyone would be kinder to each other. But no, some employees are still unappreciative of the privileges of having a job while others are not so fortunate. Please don’t be in the service line if you don’t enjoy attending customers.
The young male boss on the other hand, is very patient & helpful, appreciate your good service & keep up with the correct work attitude young boss. 👍🏻
Don’t waste ur time. Rude and not helpful. Ask me to check out the item myself. I ask to borrow measuring tape to check it out. They say don’t have measuring tape. A hardware store with no measuring tape. Don’t think they are interested to do DIY or small business. Saw previous bad review but wanted to give them a benefit of a doubt. They were not busy at that time as I was the only customer.
very bad experience at this shop, I go to this shop to buy water pump and I was just asking some question about the pump like pressure value those things and the shop owner just talk very rude and said I was wasting their time. I just walk in not more then 10 minutes. Speak very rude and not trying to speak in a good way. They not even know the product detail that they are selling.
You could not find a more helpful and nice man running this plumbing store. Hugely helpful even though he had nothing to gain. I will be going back.
