This company is an unprofessional cut throat company. DO NOT engage them even for consultation unless you are ready to part away with your hard earned money. It was after the CNY week when I call them to check for low water pressure at the kitchen area and washing machine and was looking for a solution. Reason being I had thought about bypassing my sand filter outside but then thought if they could check first and confirm if it was indeed the filter causing low water pressure. When they arrived (their company is 10 km away from my house) I told them the issue and the the person Raymond proceeded to walk towards the kitchen just looked around and checked the pressure and told me straight need to bypass and make a new connection to the the upstairs tank. Take note the pressure to the water tank from main meter is excellent so I knew right away he was trying to scam me as this should also be a direct connection Then since he was already there I asked him if he could bypass the filter for me outside from the AIR meter and he said it will cost me RM 250 which again I asked him for a simple job why so much and he told me they need to make lots of money since professional company and it’s first day they resume work so need to make more more money already.
I decided I’ll just do it my own and paid them RM 80 for their useless trip. I ended up doing the water filter bypass myself and also bought a water pump for less than Rm 100 to fix the problem.
Very professional service. Wong workmanship is very nice. Although his fees is slightly higher in the market, it’s well worth it if you want fuss free and long term solution for sink piping and clogging. His reply is very prompt also. Overall, good service.
They solved my house gutter and roof leaking problem very well. So happy no leaking and got warranty. The price is reasonable, plumber professional and nice.
