Anthony Lewis has done an awesome and thorough job of controlling my pests on an acre of lawn. He is very careful and diligent whether I’m home or away (surveillance cameras showed he doesn’t slack off when no one’s home) I have all the confidence in his service!
Have had 4 different technicians in less than a year. Last service for quarterly technician was only able to treat inside and stated he would return the following Saturday to treat exterior, which he failed to do. Promptly paid in full for visit when realizing I had over paid. Clearly my error an own up to it. Have called twice asking about a refund vs. having a credit applied to my account. Lady I spoke with on both occasions (Page) said she would look into this and get it taken care of. Needless to say, no refund has been issued. Disappointing to say the least. I would not recommend their services unless you don’t mind a variety of technicians to which you have to give instructions to each and every time on visits for routine spraying or pest prevention/treatment. This company had courtesy techs before Bobby retired and Leah left.
Lance Kranenburg sprayed our house today and did an incredible job! He sprayed a couple of months ago too. I’m super impressed with his attention to detail and coverage. Never had anyone as good as Lance! He’s the best.
Lance has been servicing my home for several months and has provided excellent service! He’s always pleasant and accommodating. So sorry to hear he’s leaving. It appears that I’m getting a new tech every 3-4 months .. concerned and disruptive.
