Ultra Cleaning HQ Puchong

I found this company from an internet search of cleaning companies operating around Puchong/USJ area. Not every company out there does deep cleaning as I found, but this one does. I whatsapp them for a quote and provided them details of my space, which was a duplex 560 sqft unit with high ceiling and a mezzanine floor. They anticipated it would take them a whole day with a 3-person team.

The 4-person team (1 supervisor Mr Soon + 3 workers) turned up in time with their cleaning van with equipment, cleaning materials, liquids and three ladders. After going through with the supervisor on the list of things that needs to be done in the unit, I left them to do the work. The supervisor regularly whatsapp me on what they were doing, including defects they found while cleaning (eg scratches, broken items) so that everything is documented (totally understandable). I went to the unit every 2 hours or so to see what their progress was. Each time I went, I saw the amount of effort they’ve put in to cleaning every nook and cranny as best as they can. Quite honestly it was clear to me that a lot of it took elbow grease, and the time and patience to get it done. And for people who don’t have the time nor the materials to get it done, it’s situations like this you see the absolute worth of paying a professional company and trained staff to do this.

Some of the parts that impressed me the most was the cleaning on the glass panes, the before and after effect were very obvious (before and after pics attached), granted there was some stains that had seeped into the glass itself which could not be removed. There was also the work on the shower set fixture which the supervisor himself cleaned, the fixture was an old unit but once he was done it looked almost new. The kitchen cabinets down to the deep insides were also completely free of dust and dirt. And it was a bonus for me that they did my AC filters as well when all I said was to clean the dust off the top of the ACs.

The team worked from 0930 to 1630, i’m not even sure if they even took a lunch break. When they were finally done, they waited while I did a walkthrough. And where I had left some slightly dusty footprints 😅, they mopped it up afterwards.

Every single stage was professional. If there was one thing I would mention is that the company, at the quoting stage, didn’t seem to be confident in whether they could setup scaffolding for the higher sections of my unit without damaging the SPC floor. I decided not to do this part of the cleaning as a result. So my hope is that the company could figure this part out so that it can better provide a solution to their future clients. There also might be a language issue, I spoke a mixture of Mandarin and English with the supervisor.

Nonetheless, I am giving this review a 5 star, because I would totally recommend them to anyone! I felt that for what they quoted me versus the time and effort they put in for this deep clean, it was just more than worth it. Thank you, Mr Yap, Mr Soon and the team! 😊

I engaged their cleaning service after my house went through a floor tiles replacement. Made an appointment with Stephanie, and she has been very helpful and patient dealing with me. The booking went smoothly and I had Ria Windi & Suaibah as my cleaners on the day of booking. They arrived on time, and did a very good job. They cleaned the fan, hanging light, the floors of all rooms, all surfaces. So I recommend their services to anyone. I have been engaging with them for a few times already.

Your maid service is horrible.
– when the wipe what every place they don’t wipe properly and the just wipe one time only and even got dust that they can see they can just ignore.
– ⁠when the mop the floors they only mop 1 time and the floor still dusty and I need to tell them to mop again.
– ⁠and when moping the floor they broke my vase. Very careless.
– They do work like rushing. But I still have them till 12pm
– And at 10am just now they start parking their things already. when i book your service from 8am to 12pm.
