Not only did the maid, Ms Rindu arrive with a fantastic, positive attitude, but she was also incredibly thorough and efficient. What really impressed me, though, was the driver Mr Erwin Sunandar who sent her half an hour earlier than scheduled – such a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference in my day. I am very pleased with the service rendered by PIC, Jane. She is efficient, responsive, reliable, very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for her.
As for the cleaners, they are hardworking and listen to instructions. Although the cleaning results were not up to expectations, but nothing to complain as this is a last minute request.
The type of service I requested was 2 cleaners for 4 hours + cleaning tools + ladder. But the cleaning tools are very limited slowing down the cleaning progress as we are required to source for more cleaning supplies and tools to get the job done.
