I have transferred the payment. Overall, the service was okay, but some parts were not cleaned properly. I had specifically requested for all the windows to be wiped, but the toilet windows are still dirty, and some surfaces were not wiped either.
And I noticed that the tablecloth I use for the kitchen and dining table was used to clean the fan. First, it was not returned to its original place, and second, using it for the fan made it very dirty. Additionally, it was not washed properly afterward. I had already paid for cleaning tools, yet my tablecloth was used without informing me. Please note that this cloth is meant for the dining area and not for cleaning the fan!
Last but not least, I have complain this to the person in charge but she purposely seen and ignore my message, what a bad service! Highly not recommend this cleaning company, unless I like to redo every thing.
Super satisfied with Efi’s service today!! She listened and followed all instructions well, was sociable with us and our cats, and overall a friendly and efficient cleaner~ Our house is so much neater now; I just requested help clearing spaces and organising, and she was thorough in sweeping and wiping along the way~ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Honestly, this will be my first and last with Ultra Cleaning. They last minute told me there was a change in my booking all because they suddenly had an event on that day. Please be considerate that we customers too have reasons for booking on that certain day and certain time because WE HAVE A (BUSY) LIFE. Another downside was they shorten the cleaning hours from 4 to 2. Which sadly, resulted in not getting a proper cleaning and not worth the amount I paid. I only gave two stars for the friendly and hardworking maids whom really made some part of the house clean.
5stars service from Nurul Willy. She is fast learner and follow instructions well. I am truly impressed by her professionalism, she makes my house clean and neat whenever she is here! not to mention she is friendly and caring (even my kids love to have her around).
