Very Disappointed with Company’s Sales Practices and Pressure Tactics on customer

I recently used this company’s services for mattress cleaning, and while the cleaning itself was satisfactory , I am extremely dissatisfied with the sales process and overall customer experience.

Initially, it was agreed that the first two high-temperature mattress cleanings would be free of charge, as referred by my friend. However, I was charged RM 236 for labour fee and cleaning fees without any prior notice of booking. The technician only informed me that the free service would apply only on the second visit, which was never clearly communicated to me before the appointment.

To make matters worse, the sales consultant insisted on having a verbal conversation over the phone instead of providing clear written details, which led to confusion and miscommunication about the charges. Additionally, the technician pressured customer to provide two additional contact numbers as referrals, which felt intrusive and unprofessional.

This company lack of transparency,dishonest, poor communication, and pressure tactics have left me feeling very disappointed and misled. I expected better from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their sales practices and customer interactions in the future.

Mr Teng provide excellent service, very detailed and checked parts individually. Patience explanation as I seldom use and forgot almost all.
