Eric Low, the PIC in charge of my unit is really experienced and friendly. He explained things very clearly and understands the purpose of my renovation needs very well and made sure that the cost of renovation fit my budget too! He was able to show me the color combinations well and how it matches the theme of my house. The material which VIC provides seemed better quality and affordable too. Couldnt have asked for a better service. This is my first time using VIC and definitely wont be my last.
With this company I found a reliable partner. They have a nice show room with friendly and competent staff. Received a 3D model of my kitchen cabinet the review and the final result was identical with the simulation. Can really recommend this company.
Eric is a great and professional consultant, he explain and advise the design of wardrobe, kitchen cabinet, shoes cabinet and tv console to match our house design, needs and preference. Good cabinet materials and design. Like it and thanks so much for the advise.
I decided to check out VIC after reading their reviews on Google. I engaged with Eric Low to get all my built in wardrobes for the rooms, study, kitchen and shoe cabinet. Eric was very communicative and detail in his explanation throughout our engagement, and his team was very professional and got the installation done within 4 working days. There were some requests I made after that wasn’t discussed and Eric and team was very accommodating to help me with my requests. The price was also very reasonable and the package I signed up for came with free gifts. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work quality and service!
