Thankful to have YC Plumbing over to diagnose and fix a toilet leak caused by a deteriorating flapper. The team led by David manager and Danial technician was professional, arrived on time, and able to explain the end-to-end process in layman term. The pricing was fair and transparent without any hidden fees. Highly recommend their services to someone who is in need of plumbing services.
Very responsible plumbing company. Came to change new wc and basin. Work was explained by plumber and upon confirmation, it’s done immediately. Also, I thought I smelled foul smell in toilet few days after work is done. Called and they came back to check. Its actually my condo sewerage problem. Anyhow, they suggested how to deal with the smell. Now, everything done.
Ive had bad experienced with other expensive, irresponsible plumbing company, so once I found a good one like YC, they Will definitely be my long time plumbing company for years to come. Overall, very good job👍👍. Satisfied customer
My second time using this service. Responsive and punctual. Be ready to pay RM80 transportation fee for the first visit and assessment, as apparently they’ve gotten a lot of cancellations (previously RM50 in Oct 2020). Price was reasonable after communication with the manager.

However, David replied to my photos and videos sent on WhatsApps within 24 hours. David was patient in answering all my doubts. Though I did not engage YC Plumbing, I rated 4 stars for online estimate and help.
I called to check if they could clear a clogged water outlet, since YC’s office is a few hundreds meters from my apartment. They quoted RM80 for transportation only. Maybe they are good but way too expensive for me.
