Got charged higher per kg (RM18 instead of RM16) because they were reluctant to wash a plushie (which we used to wash/dry regularly in the states, nothing fancy or difficult). They weren’t transparent or upfront about the pricing and heard the lady owners suggested to charge me at higher price per kg. They thought I wouldn’t understand cantonese due to my accent.
Unprofessional and terrible, send your garment at your own risk. They have tendency to lose the tag when they dry clean your stuffs and therefore lose your clothes.
Sent 20 items recently for dry cleaning, got my driver to pick up and upon picking up, they asked if one of the shawl belonged to me since they had lost the tag on that shawl and had no idea who it belonged to.
After carefully checking the 20 pieces of clothing, I saw that 2 blouses did not belong to me, which means they had misplaced my 2 tops!
If you are okay with losing your items then please send your clothes to YS for dry cleaning.
Dropped off about 2kg. Picked up the next day. 33.90 ringgits. They accept cash only. They did a great job! Would definitely recommend.

Express is send and receive on same day, but the price will be higher by 30% or something like that.
Otherwise send today, can receive by tomorrow or so.
